We are very excited to finally host this conference — thank you for your persistence and flexibility. As you are making final preparations to join us, here are some details to help with your planning.
Conference Hotel: If you are staying at the conference hotel, there will be a complimentary shuttle departing promptly at 7:45 a.m. both mornings. On Day 1 in the afternoon, pick up to return back to the hotel is 3:30 p.m. While breakfast at the hotel is served beginning at 6 am, we also will have a complimentary light breakfast at the school during registration.
Getting to Seaford High School: 1575 Seamans Neck Rd, Seaford, NY 11783
The school is between 15-20 minutes from the conference hotel. There will be parking designated for the conference if you follow the signage.
Time: Registration will officially begins at 8:00 am at the High School library. We kick the conference off at 8:45 a.m. We will end at 3:45pm on Thursday and 3:15pm on Friday.
